Have hired multiple times for children's birthday parties. Each time has been fantastic. The staff are all polite and accommodating which makes everything run smoothly. Outside there is plenty of parking with some blue badge spaces so you shouldnt have any issue finding a space. Inside is a large secure space with a small toddler soft play area and a larger soft play for bigger kids with multiple slides, a basket ball/football area and plenty of obstacles for your children to run all that energy off in. As well as the indoor soft play there is a sensory room and baby room although I haven't tried these myself. Outside is a large outdoor play area which can even be used in the winter thanks to some large lights. For the parents there are plenty of tables and chairs where you can relax with a drink or some food from the well stocked cafè. If yiu are looking for a good soft play or a well priced party spot for your child's birthday party I would recommend giving this place a look!

I can’t praise Party and Play Funhouse Bolton enough. The manager was amazing, and honestly every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure my boys were happy and safe. They opened the sensory room for my autistic son and gave us a full tour, which made such a difference to our visit. The team were attentive, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout. It’s rare to find a place that’s this thoughtful and inclusive. Five stars from us—we’ll definitely be back!

My daughter had her 4th birthday party 19th October. The staff and especially the owner was so friendly and made the whole experience stress free. Been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby, definitely the best play centre in the area. Thank you to all the staff, Ashleigh aswel for being the best party host for my little girl. You’re all amazing and will no doubt be seeing you soon. Xx

This as to be one of the best places we have been with my girls. They absolutely love it. The woman that owns it is amazing its an absolute Credit to her what she as created. The staff are welcoming and lovely they can't do enough for you. The food is really good on a different level compared to other places we have been they use the best quality products. It is very clean and to see them going around sanitising was good to see. The play area in and out are amazing its one of the best we have experienced. And my girls love the quad bikes. I would highly recommend you give this place a visit.

Spotlessly clean! Great play space. Plenty to do and a smaller area for the less adventurous/younger children. Is the cafe price a touch on the high side? Maybe but I’d rather pay it and have somewhere clean, fun and friendly to take my child to. one of the nicest play places I’ve been to and we’ve tried a few! In addition there was a craft area for the kids to make valentines crafts which was free to use. Will be visiting again!

Extremely upset, especially for young mums. Do not recommend if you are hard on yourself as a mother. My 17 month old visited (a friend booked us in). She is extremely car sick so she did a large vomit whilst driving to the premises. I went straight in and asked “can I go through as I need to get her changed” bear in mind she is covered in her own sick. I had to stand there whilst this lady looked at me and said “we don’t suggest you come in if she’s unwell” now that, I understand but I then went on to explain that she isn’t unwell, just car sick and just threw up after the journey and her reflux with her food can make her bring it up. She then replied with “well I have never experienced that and I have 2 children”. I am a 21 year old mother, a young one, and I have never felt more backed into a corner in my life. She then said “fine go to the toilet and change her”… then this lady sent in ANOTHER member of staff to follow me into the toilet to say “ you aren’t planning on feeding her whilst you are here are you?” How disgusting is that, shall I just starve my child? I had to secretly feed my child. If it wasn’t for my friend and her child being there I would have left the premises immediately. I think this staff at the reception (the young one was lovely) need to take a hard look at themselves in the mirror and think about how they come across and their judgements. How dare they take one look at me and think I am an inexperienced mother of my own child just because they are older than me and that I’m a young mum. This made me return home extremely upset and made me feel extremely insecure, what a disgusting was to make another human being feel. TRULY disgusting. Rude, disgusting behaviour. You should be ashamed.

Used to come here with our girls when it first opened, even had birthday parties here, they're too old now though today we considered bringing our 2 year old lb, shocked to see a massive increase on the price! Prices aren't staggered as our 2 year old wouldn't be able to do everything so why charge the same? Why charge for adults? And if you have to, why so much? Not competitive with other play area's, which we will take our business to from now on. Another reason for 1 star is the lack of service regarding the responses to reviews here, they're condescending and rude. Shows this place has no regard for customer satisfaction. I'm guessing management has changed because such attitude is not how this place started out. Bottom line, you're nowhere near as good as you think for what you charge. I would seriously reconsider your approach.

Went for the first time today and it's one of the best play places I've taken the kids to. The staff are lovely. We were walked to our own table. The lady cleaning the table asked had we been before and when my little lad said no she explained everything with a smile on her face. Made to feel welcome entering and when ordering food. We got a big jug of juice for the kids for £2.95. Very nice food. Very clean I will definitely be back.
