   B&Q is a solid, reliable place for all things DIY and home improvement. It feels like a proper practical store where you can walk in with a job to do and walk out with everything you need. The range is excellent — from paint and tools to garden supplies and bigger home projects — which saves you having to shop around. Prices are generally fair, especially for everyday basics, and the quality is exactly what you’d expect: not luxury, but dependable and good value for money. Staff are always friendly and helpful, happy to point you in the right direction and explain things in plain English rather than overcomplicating it. The stores can be quite big, so it’s easy to lose track of time wandering the aisles, but that also means there’s plenty of choice.    This B and Q has been her for many years and is situated on a business park as you come into Chesterfield from the M1. Lots of parking with a trade entrance as well. Huge amount of brands and services as you would expect. Lots of staff and have always been very accommodating when I needed assistance in finding something or needing advice. The tills can get busy but never a long wait. Easy access for getting large items to your car. Great spot for any diy enthusiasts

   We were here for the first time, but immediately bought everything we needed. My husband is a builder and it is important for him to find all the necessary materials in one place. Of course, the material and choice in Ukraine and England are very different, but it was in this store that we found everything we needed. The prices are affordable, wonderful assistants that will help in the choice.

   Thank you B&Q. My outdoor storage box arrived within 3 days. Both packaging and contents water proof and in immaculate condition. Delivered within timeline, kept informed through out. The courier delivered it to the rear of my house and asked if that was ok before he left.

   I was able to find everything I required on my visit to the store recently and the shelves were full of varying items one would need. Staff were very friendly and I was asked a few times if I had found everything I needed with any help should I require it. The carpark was busy with plenty of available spaces, and I was amazed how clean and tidy the carpark actually was.
