Lovely lady working there very helpful. Great little shop. Went to see if they could fix the seal on our log burner, didn't try and over sell anything explained it was really easy to do ourselves sold us the glue needed and shown how to remove the burner door. Absolutely fantastic as I know most places would have sent someone out to fix this costing a hell of alot more. Can't praise the lovely lady enough, thank you.

Called into Nortons in March for a look at Multi fuel stoves, we were really impressed and had everything explained to us. Nortons gave our details to one of their recommended installers who called a few days later and checked & gave quotes. Everything was seamless from start to finish, the Henley Lincoln multi fuel stove is now in place in our home Highly recommend Nortons and Cozy stoves who completed the work

Went to get some advice and order a replacement for our aging Range cooker, we needed 110cm all gas and wanted to order a Rangemaster in Cranberry. We got some information but staff really didn't seem vaguely interested in selling us a £2k cooker, the deal breaker was they would only offer 1 man delivery (for a >100kg cooker!). Price wasn't an issue and we would have preferred to use a local company. Ended up spending our money elsewhere, got 2 man delivery and disposal of our old cooker, neither of which Nortons seemed to want to help with. Cooker looks lovely, cant fault Rangemaster products

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - UNRELIABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF Absolutely shocked and utterly appalled by this company. I made an appointment, waited 5 days, then Joe the engineer did not turn up or have the decency to call me to say he wasn't coming. I had to ring Norton's and the next available appointment is in 8 days time. Steve the person on the end of the phone was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me.

I rang the shop to arrange a log burner installation survey, first impressions were very good, the chap I spoke to seemed very competent and business-like. An appointment was made for the following Monday between 3 and 4 PM and this is where is all started to go wrong. We'd got a busy afternoon and evening with guests coming for dinner, by 5.15 still nobody had arrived. At 5.20 the installer rang me to say could he come at 5.50, nearly three hours later than the appointed time. I asked why on earth he'd not rung me to say he was going to be late, it is common courtesy after all. I received the unsatisfactory response "well I'm ringing you now." The later time wasn't convenient as I was already late picking up our guests, so we rearranged for Thursday AM, 'first thing' which I was told would be 9.30 after he'd done the school run. Thursday 9.30 came and went, again a really busy morning for myself, at 9.50 still no-one had arrived so I rang the shop to complain and cancel the appointment. The shop must have then rung the installer, because despite my saying the appointment was now cancelled and to tell the installer not to bother coming, he started to harrass me with phone calls. I hung up the first time, he obviously didn't get the message so I told him where to get off the second time. It's only common courtesy to ring customers and let them know you're going to be late, Nortons failed to do this twice, and left me waiting around for hours. The worst bit of all this? The installer literally lives two streets away from me, yet despite that couldn't even make a late afternoon or early morning appointment on time. If this is how they treat potential customers, imagine trying to get any joy out of them if you have a problem with your stove once you've bought it.

I bought my first log burner from Steve at Nortons, it's a Contura 35L a lovely fire. The fire arrived at my house with a cracked door, they couldn't have been more helpful, a new door was ordered and arrived as promised. Every phone call was answered and they were so helpful, everyone i spoke to was. I couldn't recommend this company enough! What a lovely change!!

After researching on google for Rayburn dealers I found Norton to be extremely helpful. They were very informative on the telephone when I rang for further information. I subsequently ordered from them and again found them very helpful especially as delivery to my address often proves difficult. They went out of their way to organise an appropriate delivery and the delivery driver was very accommodating and helpful even though he had a challenge finding our address. Norton treated me with respect and made me feel my order was important to them, this is sadly lacking with some companies. I would recommend Norton to friends and family and definitely use them again.
