Attended a birthday party, wrote down my child was not to have to meat, under dietary requirements section on the register. The girl serving gave my child a ham sandwich, which she consumed part of. When pulled up she told us 'I didn't know which was (ChildsName)' It's not good enough you should have asked the question before serving the food. Luckily it is a preference not an allergy or intolerance otherwise I would be taking legal action. Simply not good enough and quite worrying.

So website states you CAN TAKE A PICNIC on arrival, I was greeted by a very miserable young girl. Who after we had set up our picnic decided to then say you can't eat there, we showed her the website that clearly states picnic accepted. And judging by the state of the food that was being presented from there your own picnic is a better option as iv never seen such slapped together colourless food absolutely shocking. Play area for kids fine. Replace your staff with staff with cooking skills and how to deal with the public with a smile on their face . Would I go back ABSOLUTELY NOT so don't waste your money go elsewhere

Came across this place when searching on Google. Took my little boy with a friend and her little one for a play date and we loved it. Lovely big open space, big seating area, something for all different ages. My boy is 6 months and loved it. Will definitely go again. Food is also tasty and affordable, the lady running the place is super friendly too

Had our sons second birthday party here and are regular visitors. Really good space for kids of different ages. Baby area, bigger kids play area and a 5 aside football pitch! Also a big bouncy slide. The cafe is great for kids and adult food with excellent hot drinks. Don't be afraid to use the lift even though it's a bit intimidating at first. Trust me, carrying a child up the stairs will test even the fittest parent! Easily our sons favourite play centre!

Had an excellent brief visit here on the way to the Lake District. A well run, little soft play. We had a blast and will certainly be back again! Go when it's not busy and your little one will love it even more! ☺️

We had our twins first birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic! The baby/toddler area is big, clean and safe. Wherever you are you have full view of the bigger play area/frame so can see the bigger children running around happily! It has slides, tunnels, climbing etc. There's also a football section at the back! I didn't feel stressed as some soft plays are brutal ha, all the guest were happy! No arguments between the children, staff were lovely! Wasn't cold as some other reviews have stated! Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you! Xx

Nice big area for toddlers/babies but sadly all of the toys in there were broken/No batteries. Also very cold, lady said heating had been broken a while, completely understand this but in the meantime it's not suitable for small children. My baby was very cold after a while. We also heard other customers being told babies under 12m went free, but we were charged.
