Needed a real obscure pair of tube lights for an old display cabinet - tried absolutely everywhere in Sheffield. Finally someone recommended these guys, and they sorted it out for me within minutes. Absolute gent that served me - proper good old fashioned service.
Excellent customer service. Went in to simply get some replacement LED bulbs to replace the underpowered ones we had. We were able to check the brightness in the shop; a simple thing but incredibly useful.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Sisman and his son yesterday. Great customer service greeted with a friendly smile from Mr Sisman jnr when I went in to buy an oven heating element. I even received a lesson on how to use a multimeter. Replaced the element but nothing working phoned the shop this time I spoke with Mr Sisman snr. Straightaway he asked if the oven had a timer I was told to disable that. Hey presto everything lit up. To which Mr Sisman replied Pilot error. Brilliant!! Good old fashioned service would recommend to all
Messaged them on Facebook 9pm at night about a oven element got a reply within 40mins with a Price and opening hours of store. Picked up the next morning and they had it waiting for me. Great Service, Great parts, Great prices and Great people. Would recommend and will use again. They also tested my element to make sure that was the issue. Couldn't thank them enough. Also the shop has amazing procedures in place to keep you safe during covid.
Excellent electrical shop been in numerous times nothing is too much trouble they are always happy to help and have just about everything better to support small businesses rather than the big greedy companies.
My father used this shop for over 20 years and I have all my working life for spare parts for electrical white goods such as ovens , grills etc Always found them to be very helpful and professional to deal with. Caring family business with a large professional knowledge of their business. Well deserved 5 stars Thanks for all your years of service
