   Absolutely brilliant!! My washing machine stopped working and was stuck on a program—it wouldn't budge when turning the dial, so I phoned Ace Domestics to request a visit to mend it. The very kind person talked me through resetting it, which I didn't have a clue about, and it started working as normal. How helpful is that?... outstanding service!

   I rang Michelle at Ace Domestics on the Monday morning as I needed a new washing machine. She talked me through various ones they had in stock and told me features on each. She wasn’t pushy but was very helpful and friendly. I was able to pay over the phone and booked a delivery 2 days ahead. Prices incl delivery installation and taking away the old machine. John did this and explained how to use the new machine in great detail. I was very impressed with this company, I have no hesitation in recommending it & will use them in future if I need white goods.

   Great service! Had new fridge and dishwasher fitted today, my kitchen is quite old and the integrated doors aren’t great, but they made sure they were fitted back on and functional. Lovely friendly staff, would use again next time I need something fitting or fixing

   I am very disappointed that the engineer did not keep the appointment that was made to attend to my two appliances today,especially as I telephoned this afternoon & was told that he would be coming on his way home. Ace Domestics was highly recommended but I was left waiting without even the courtesy of a telephone call to say that they would not becoming.Not a good way to conduct business. Now I have to find another engineer after waiting a week for them not to turn up,I just hope I can get my oven fixed before Christmas.

   They have been in this business a long time and as such have a wealth of information they can provide you, particularly with your choice of equipment. With times being hard they may be able to help you with a reconditioned machine. However, you need to check there opening times as they no longer open on a Saturday.

   Moved house, left integrated white goods. Didn’t want to go to a super store, difficult to shop in these times so just gave Michelle my dimensions and budget and the rest was done. Great choice of product, very competitively priced, delivered and fitted - slight hiccup at my end so the team went that extra mile. I can’t thank Michelle and her family business enough for the excellent service and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

   Absolutely brilliant service, lovely friendly man came and fitted my new washer, and took away the old one - delivery time changed at the last minute but they were totally fine and happy to deliver it the next day, Saturday morning. Independent local business, would much rather send my money their way than some massive corporate (who probably don't pay their taxes). Cannot recommend highly enough!
