    In the heart of eagles meadow, next always offers clothing with good materials and affordable. Two storeys with men stuffs upstairs. The shop is designed such that it opens to tesco one side and to eagles meadow mall other side.

    A below par store for Next, when you consider their usual quality and customer service. Won't purchase there EVER again, will go to Chester, Broughton or purchase online instead. No wonder it is quiet in there.

    Visited the store today to purchase a shirt. The two ladies upstairs in the men’s department couldn’t be anymore helpful. I required a specific type of shirt and they both went out of their way to show me all of the options and advise me on the materials , sizing etc. I left the store with exactly what I was requiring and was extremely happy with the service provided.     Ordered online to collect in store. Had text saying order was late on my chosen day. Rang customer services next day as still not heard anything. Was told to go to store as my item was there. Drove to store with my children paid to park and when got to store was told was nt there. Store person was nt very helpful when I said I needed item for special occasion. Also could nt cancel item for me. Rang customer service again. Was told would get refund for my item in 5 days. Logged complaint was told would hear from someone in 3 days its now been a week and nothing. Will not be shopping online again shame as such nice quality but just not worth the hassle. Caused me alot of stress

    Wide range of good quality menswear, you get what you pay for. Some buttoned tee shirts in XL OR XXL only. Staff very helpful, polite and cheerful. Will definitely visit again.

    Staff needs a training on how to communicate with each other! Got few items left on the counter to go and buy more stuff and told the person behind the counter can I just leave these here ? 5 min later my items were put back" by accidents " I'm not gonna go back and try to find out what jeans I've tried and on and what they were .. I'm sorry but it's was just a waste of time. Not coming back again. Happy New year
