Unprofessional attire, I can't accept them having exposed tattoo without covering them up. I do think is quite common sense for this sort of profession. Not every family can accept this with different culture and background.

Absolutely incredible nursery. The girls are all so loving and caring and really go above and beyond. My daughter adores her setting and it’s a lovely safe space for her. Kids planet is great for SEN children and they work hard to meet all different needs of all the children. I could not be more grateful for the years my daughter has spent here, watching her grow with the help of all the staff. I would highly recommend for any parent. They communicate well to parents and carers and are always 100% when it comes to their work. A great place for any child to start their journey into education. Forever grateful.

My little boy was here (before kids planet took over) for around 6 months and I had to pull him out due to safeguarding issues which none of the staff were even aware of….. or could give me any reason why which is absolutely ridiculous. There were 3 occasions that I had problems and (1 didn’t even involve my child) but after the 3rd incident (when Kids Planet had taken over) I had to pull him out because I couldn’t trust the staff to look after my son. I will discuss the 3rd incident as to me that was the most serious….. I picked my son up one evening after nursery (on a Friday) and noticed a black bruise on his cheek but I assumed it was nothing as none of the staff mentioned anything and I thought I was just being paranoid on the Saturday morning I’d hard turned into a rather large purple/black bruise. I emailed the manager on the Sunday as I needed to compose what I wrote without being to emotional. The manager assured me that she would check into what happened and get back to me; now credit where credits due she checked the camera’s and told me what had happened. My little boy was asleep at first but woke up and none of the staff noticed; he then managed to escape into a different room (again unnoticed) and was alone in that room for some time playing with different toys; at one point he had pulled himself up on a piece of furniture but had fallen and hit his face on a toy at the time the cleaner was in the room so as soon as she heard him cry she picked him up and gave him cuddles which again I appreciated and handed him back to the staff. What annoyed me was the fact that NONE of the staff even noticed he had gone missing and no-one informed me of this when I collected him it was only after I had asked for it to be investigated did I get an answer. Just before I pulled my son out I had gone in early to collect him as I couldn’t trust the staff to take care of him properly and when I walked into the room I noticed that they were over ratio with children to staff which again isn’t very safe. Yes I will admit I am THAT parent who is VERY overprotective of their child but in this instance I had every right to be. Since I pulled my son out not one member of the head office team have even bothered to call and check up on him nor have they even cared that we left. Poor experience in my eyes. Just an FYI this incident happened earlier this year but I felt that it needed to be on google reviews to make others aware. My priority is my son’s safety and if I am paying a nursery a high premium to look after my child I would expect him to be taken care of properly.

Absolutely amazing. Staff are great and as a first time mum with many questions they've put me at ease and answered them all and been so professional and friendly. Happy I chose this nursery.

I'm still so angry and upset at the whole situation but also thankful that the outcome wasn't as bad as it could have been. A week ago, our son attended nursery as he we would. 12:30 came along and my mum picked him up, as usual with me and Max both being in work.Β  When Cillian was coming down the stairs he had a fall and bumped his head. An accident report had been filled and sent through to us followed by a call. "2 members of staff have been going down the stairs with Cillian, they've put his left hand onto the rail and told him to hold on but hes taken a step and had a fall" The seriousness of the accident hadn't been made clear. They said he has had a fall and a bump. Once I got the daily log through later that day, the nursery stated that he had to be woken up when my mum had been to collect him. Seeing this, I've called them back and asked for more details. Cillian had been woken up and then led to the stairs, at the top of the stone staircase they have then placed Cillians left hand on the rail, leaving Cillians right hand free and told Cillian to hold on whilst letting go to then grab his right hand...not supporting him by already having his right hand before letting go of his left. Why on earth could 2 members of staff not have a spare hand to take his right hand and ensure this didn't happen? A 2 year old, non verbal, half asleep child had been guided to the top of a stone staircase, unsupported and had taken a fall from the top to the bottom and they tell us they had told him to hold onto the rail. 10 stairs in total. On what planet is that acceptable and to only send him on his way with a cold compress and to say to keep an eye on him when he's sleeping... A trip to A&E later and the doctor tells us it's a miracle he has come out of this accident with just a couple of bumps and bruises. What would have happened if he broke something? An arm? His back? His neck?! Since the accident we have had a meeting with the nursery manager, who wasn't there at the time of the accident (this was the very first thing she said when we sat down for the meeting, immediately pinning the blame on one of her other members of staff!) but has since had time investigate what had happened. Firstly, didn't ask how Cillian was after the accident. Secondly, again made a point of telling us they had told our non verbal, half asleep 2 year old to hold onto the rail and when we asked why this happened, why he wasn't supported...her answer was a confused blank expression. Anytime we stated that we don't feel our son is safe to return back, her response was "I completely understand" this was the response to anything we said along with the blank expression. This shows and proves we are right in removing him from this nursery with immediate effect. It's sad because overall Cillian had been making improvements and progress being there, he had gained trust with the staff working there as well. Our son had made great strides in his development but we've since had to unfortunately put that on hold. His safety far outweighs anything else.

What an amazing nursery. The outdoor space looks so good and inviting. It will give the children so much opportunity to develop key skills in all the areas of their development. The staff are so lovely and caring as well.

What a fantastic place for the kids! I don't think I know of another nursery that offers such a high quality space for the children...our daughter absolutely LOVES going. The staff are extremely attentive and the place is immaculate. Everything has been thought of...can't recommend it highly enough!

What an amazing Nursery! I was super impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. They are kind, caring and compassionate and cater to each individual childs personal, social and educational needs, helping them to become the best that they can be! Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The building itself is bright modern and engaging, everything is so well thought out to ensure a homely learning environment is available for all children in attendance. The Tender Years express is a huge hit and a wonderful addition for the children. The children are so happy and learning so much through play its wonderful to see. An all round wonderful nursery and a welcome addition to Leigh.
