    We got a drink at around midnight. We asked for the hot chocolate to be hot, which came out as lukewarm. Thank I specifically told the barista not to burn the milk in my coffee. Because once the milk is bad or you can taste is burnt milk. She confirmed that she will not burn the milk but since the milk had been wormed a few times and she made the milk extra hot, all I could taste was burnt milk. I could not taste the coffee and felt that I had completely wasted my money. Since we had parted from the location, I could not return to the services. As you can see, I left some of towards the bottom.

    There was no one on the counter to place an order for food few minutes. Tables are wobbly. My dad burnt his leg by spilling coffee due to table move. According to staff other people complained about the table too but no action has been taken. Please avoid seating on these tables. Thank You

    Says it’s open 24 hrs but stopped in for an emergency coffee for a long journey and the girl said she was closed not even two minutes before she served three others , she then proceeded to tell us she was restocking and it would take as long as it took , not very good if your 24 hrs you should be 24hrs.

    Stopped for a coffee & sandwich break. Im told get medium coffee's, just as well as the large is huge ha ha. We njoyed an all day breakfast and a cheese and ham toastie. The staff were friendly and the restaurant clean. A wee bit expensive but we dont do it often :)

    Really really poor. Dirty seating area, tables with puddles on. Unbelievably rude staff - bagged our food for takeaway without asking and then made a huge fuss when asked for a plate. Avoid this place - nothing at all positive about this Costa

    Pretty poor, area is filthy, crumbs on seats stuff on tables, this is 10am on a Wednesday morning!

    Since covid I been using my own mug and Costa has started issues extra Reward bean the “Green one” in this place I been given dirty looks for politely asking for it, main in London and in other motorway services always I’m having this Disgusting attitude for no apparent reason I really don’t understand why it’s this paying 3.60 for cup not even getting a thank you at least shameful shameful shameful Costa what matters with your staff guys
