Lovely and kind staffs. I give them 10 out of 10 which is a masterpiece. Lucy was so nice to me the best.
I went to new look watford in september and purchased 4 trousers to take on holiday with me which were on sale . When i was on holiday i wore one trouser and it teared straight away and i was in public and a store lady pointed it out to me i ahd a tear. The next few days i wore the others and it happened again. My question is why sell poor quality trousers and then put them on sale ruined my holiday and not to forget what i paid for them.
Visited yesterday, q for horrendous, 2 staff on tills, one decided to go on her break, two others stood behind chatting…. This morning as about to go on holiday noticed security tag was still attached to coat! Cheers for that!!
Bright, spacious, and full of on-trend styles. Friendly staff and a smooth shopping experience — just grab a paper receipt as the e-receipt can be unreliable.
Would be helpful if the correct closing times were online. Says 8pm online for Friday only to be met with the shutters going down at 6:50pm.

Fitting rooms closing 30 min before closing time, rubish. Reason: we need to tidy up. That's bot reasonable... Cleaning should not restrict customers.
Staffs are very rude!! I walked into the shop before 10 mins of the closing time but the shop was opened and as soon as I walked in one of the staff said “the shop will be closed inn10 mins” I asked her can I pick one too quickly and she agreed as long as I could do within 10 mins that would be fine, and the another staff came and told me the shop is already closed but then I showed the time and said 10 mins more and your colleague told me if I could pick something within 10 mins that would be fine, that rude lady she shouted at me for no reason and asked “oh are you going to pick something within 10 mins? You can’t pick anything within 10 mins that’s why I said the shop is closed so please leave without wasting their tome” that was very rude and I have never experienced this kind of a rudeness in Uk. I wanted to pick a top quickly because I am a regular customer of new look I never missed to purchase more than three to five times in a month from new look, after this incident I thought I would never visit newlook Watford store again. Please train your staff to be polite to your customer. Educate them that by law customers can purchase anything within the opening hours.
Me and my daughter came into the store today to buy her some new clothes. We quickly found a member of staff called Olivia and asked her for some help. She recommended some clothes and this resulted in my daughter being over the moon with her choices. Olivia was so helpful and she is a real credit to your store! 10/10
