I’ve really enjoyed visiting the shop, and was excited to make my first purchase—a handbag. Unfortunately, after using it for just 10 minutes, I noticed the zip wasn’t functioning properly and the overall quality was quite poor. When I tried to return it, I was informed that accessories are non-returnable. While I understand that stores have their own policies, I was disappointed that this return policy wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of purchase. It’s frustrating to have spent £50 on an item that turned out to be faulty, and to have no recourse for returning it. I feel quite let down by the experience.
