She is consistently, genuinely friendly and helpful and greatly adds to the enjoyment of shopping in a lovely shop with beautiful products. I have been shopping at Chatterton’s for more years than I can remember. It is one of my all time favourites! They carry some of my favourite brands and there is always something to surprise and delight! The staff are so lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. They love my little dog Billy too. Amazing collections, and great guidance on how to put things together. A great mix of designers and a good ranges of sizes. the team are always welcoming, helpful and (importantly) diplomatically honest.

A piece of London in the Chiltern countryside! Chattertons in Old Amersham is such a gem! So many Fantastic labels to choose from stocking all the current trends along side classic pieces and fabulous occasional wear for the season of racing, Henley and weddings etc. The staff are all super friendly and authoritative in all their products and what will suit you. It's such a positive experience and brilliant that you don't need to trek into london every time you need something. Stock is ever changing so there is always something new to try. Definitely worth a visit!
