   The management at Uxbridge is good and they sorted out an issued caused by elderly staff on the returns. In addition to making mistakes she was rude and unfriendly towards my daughter.

   First time visiting New Look with my wife and honestly, I was shocked at how dirty the store was. Fluff balls under the clothes stands, stickers stuck to the floor and packaging/labels everywhere. It just looked really unkept. I mentioned it to a blonde staff member who said she’d get the manager “Mark,” but he seemed to disappear and never showed up. She could have done more to follow it up. Really disappointing first impression — I expected better from New Look.

   Awful customer service. Staff have made a number of errors whenever Ive visited the store but never apologise for their mistakes. Had to go back today as a tag was left on my purchase, i got no apology. Just asked to see receipt and said 'that's fine'. I worked in retail for ten years as a student in the 90's, it was never like this back then. Generally the level of customer service in the retail sector is going downhill I find.

   Jeans size options in stock were very limited. Clothing variety great. Changing rooms were not clean, dustballs on the floor, I’ve got my socks dirty.

   I went to buy some sockes on the 22nd April at aprox 14.40 in Uxbridge, that were on deal for 3 for £6. When being charged on the checkouts, the coloured young lady behind the checkouts wanted to charge me £8. When challenged she got defensive and did not want to change the price until I uttered the magical words of "trading standards". I also wanted to speak to a manager to which she said she was, that I highly doubted. The socks were even marked 3 for £6 that she disregarded. People, check your receipts when paying. Have raised a formal complaint over this individuals unprofessional manner whilst being corrected.

   I never leave a negative review but this time i have to because of my last 2 visits to this shop ( uxbridge) and definitely the last one. I have never encountered such an incompetence and lack of customer service with one of the till ladies ( the elderly one) extremely rude and loud and you can tell she doesnt know her duties . On top of my worst experience after exchanging my item the tag wasnt removed so i had to come back to the shop to have it removed. After this bad experience i will never go back!
