I bought clothes from this shop a few times and I have been very satisfied with the quality. Also the prices are good too and customer service is excellent every time.
Very poor customer service from two young looking girls in the store. They were talking about me in their own language which was very rude and unprofessional. As a result, the atmosphere inside the store felt cold and unpleasant. It is clear they require retail training to obtain basic customer service skills. Customer service representatives should go above and beyond in their roles to ensure customers leave the store feeling happy. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me. In the past, other staff at this store have been decent which made me want to return. The standards of this store have dropped significantly over the years and I will not be returning.
