   Went there dater work and Had a really bad experience, the lady asked me to hurry up and said we are closing at 5 i really wanted to explore but rushed out they didn’t close till 5:30, when I asked if I could return the purchased iteams from online the lady said it said you can return but not refund what’s the difference . when I asked if I could take store credit the lady said this store is closing down soon so there is no point of taking the store credit .. highly disappointed with their customer services

   Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Product Quality I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Roman store. I purchased a top on without trying it on due to being in a hurry. When I got home, I discovered a significant design flaw: one sleeve was slim while the other was wide. Additionally, there was a note attached to the item stating, "If you are not happy with this item, you can return it." The next day, I went back to the store to address the issue. Initially, the staff informed me that I could exchange the item but not return it. After spending considerable time searching for a suitable replacement, I was then told that exchanges were also not allowed for clearance items. This was not communicated to me at the time of purchase, and the note on the item was clearly misleading. To make matters worse, the manager, was extremely rude and dismissive. The manager repeatedly said, "No, no, no, you can't exchange," without any consideration for the faulty product or the misleading information provided. This experience was a waste of my time and extremely frustrating. The lack of clear communication and the disrespectful treatment of customers are unacceptable. I will not be shopping at Roman again and advise others to be cautious about their policies and customer service. I am very disappointed and hope that Roman improves their customer service and transparency regarding their policies in the future.

   Current window display is very bright and cheerful. Staff are friendly. One member in particular is always friendly and chatty which is welcoming. The stock is varied and caters for the more mature person. There are plenty of changing rooms. I got a skirt with a few pounds reduction so was happy. Worth checking the returns policy before buying.

   This is review for an online shop. Nice clothes, decent quality. Difficult to return items if you misplaced the dispatch note; customer service not helpful at all - been more than 1 week and no reply. You have to upgrade your customer service for me to return. Yoy may have just lost a valued customer

   Very rude lady at the counter. My wife just asked her about return policy which is a right of the customer. When I went to pay at the counter she talked bad about me to her colleague , in front of me. And when I said she started argumenting with me. My wife was about to buy few tops and we went to pay at the counter but just because she siad bad words in front of me just because of asking return policy, we had to leave all stuff. She agreed that she said those and said call the customer service and complain about me. Very disappointed with the staff. Should have given Zero star if there was a possibility

   Needed an outfit for an upcoming event, Roman had some beautiful items. They did make me feel a bit reluctant to buy at first because they don't do refunds you can only exchange and if it's not a shop you regularly use then it can be off putting. Glad to say thought once purchased and got home and tried the dress with accessories etc it looked amazing.
