   Worst store experience. Floor manager was extremely rude. She should set an example to her team how to treat a customer. Also stores should have polite staff so customers would like to return to the store even if their issue is not resolved. Felt customer service was the least prio for them. Very disappointing customer service.

   I had such a wonderful experience shopping at Mango today. Anila the sales associate who helped me was absolutely fantastic — she truly went above and beyond to assist me. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, and even helped me find a pair of beautiful jeans I’d been looking for. Her customer service skills were exceptional. She really made my day with her warmth and professionalism. I left the store feeling so impressed and grateful — it’s rare to come across such outstanding service.    Very poor quality cardigans , full of holes after 12 months. Data Breach and all my details have been stolen and now available on the black market to be purchased. Thank you Mango!!

   Very rude and unhelpful staff. Could overhear them gossip me behind the till after I've asked them a question. Awful experience. Won't be returning. Staff should be taught manners

   Hi, I went yesterday in Mango store in Watford to buy a birthday gift for my friend. Tbh i didn’t know what to get, it was to many nice things there. One lovely lady, her name is Corina, she asked me if i’m ok and if she can help me with something. I explained the situation, she was so helpful, beautiful smile and in the end i got amazing gift, she also did for me gift wrapping. I was impressed tbh. Thank you so much for high customer service :)
