   The girls serving were really nice and helpful, but the service at the till felt a bit awkward. They didn’t chat much and kept staring a little, which made things feel uncomfortable. Then another lady looked over and said, “It’s very quiet today,” which added to the awkward vibe. Overall, it could’ve been a bit friendlier. Nonetheless, the clothes I got were lovely and the quality was great.

   Only shop I found for over weight people in Uxbridge. There was one in Harrow but they closedown few years ago. Please bring it back!!! I went there to buy a Gift for My Cousin. The staff there was a lovely lady too. I asked her if it was okay to do exchange or refund if it was a wrong size. She said it was no problem as long as I have receipt & all labels on the Top. Please don’t ever closedown this store. As I prefer to buy things in Store rather than online. Thank You So Much.

   As a larger woman I love the fact that there is a clothing store that caters just for that. Would like to see a wider range of clothing as some of the stuff, particularly the casual wear, is not ideal for the more conservative dress sense. However I cannot complain as I have always been very happy with what I have purchased. Staff are super friendly and make you feel at ease and it's great to see such a welcoming atmosphere regardless of body size or shape
