   Worst store ever. My Mum purchased an outfit last Saturday from the store. On the back of the receipt, it clearly states that you have 14 days to return unwanted items for a refund. My Mum tried the outfit on again at home and decided she wasn't that keen on it. We went back to the store today, to be told that they've changed the refund policy. There is no refunds, only exchanges. The lady said that they hadn't got round to changing their receipt rolls. I then asked for a credit note and she said that the till wasn't working properly. So, I'm now reporting them to trading standards. In the long run, because of their bad customer service, it's just going to cost them more financially.

   Terrible customer service. One of the asian ladies there spoke extremely rudely and said don't drop hangers when we literally walked in. Not worth shopping in a place where people are so rude. They're fine to ruin the mood of happy people walking in but forget that it is the customers that keep any company open. If they carry on with the way the workers are, they won't have a job or a business for much longer.

   Can be hit and miss with stick depending on what styles of fashion you're into. Can't fault its sales at all as you can pick some tops, skirts and bottoms up for as little as £5-£10
