Found this one while strolling the High Street. The fashion is up to date and the store has a nice energy. I picked up something I liked, and the changing-rooms were clean and comfortable. I’d go back.
River Island had a strong selection of smart-casual pieces when I shopped there. I found a jacket that suited an event I had that weekend and the staff offered sizing advice that helped. Music was upbeat, and the store layout made it easy to compare looks. Returns and exchanges were straightforward at the till. Fashionable, reasonably priced and convenient for a quick outfit refresh.
Highly professional staff The salesman at the first floor guided me to the lift, to go downstairs Downstairs As someone asked the cashier to help him with his size, she got busy, but anther sales assistant came to rescue me with my purchase, she was kind enough not to charge me for the carry bag. Latest: the new shop is bigger and more spacious. The decor is alot more appealing. I found the staff very accommodating, especially Mikhail, who served me at the till. The current range is very suited to my taste

Some people complain about having to order stuff in but it is a small store so accommodating everyone and everything at all times can be impossible. I have some nice experiences in there. Guys stuff in general is minor compared to how much women’s stuff there is but I still find everything I want when I walk into river island. Staff are great too, which is awesome. Id definitely recommend em. :)
Really disappointed 3 staff huddled together on shop floor swearing. Unhelpful when I asked if an item was in stock.then the same 3 talking around the men's section after I had paid for my item.they could of actually helped the girls on the till who were clearly doing thee best with the queue.
one star one for the pure reason of they carry nothing but little boy sizes. They never carry a man size and every time you want a double xxl it’s always you have to order online thos shop would be such an improvement if they made plus size people like myself better when you can actually walk into the shop and pick up a size that fits you right instead of having to order it online
