Pleasant home-ware section here caught my eye. The fashion items are reliable and the shop has a calm atmosphere. Staff were busy but polite. Great place to look for something a bit smarter.
Plenty of items to suit my taste here. Found that sizes come up big here, so I've dropped to medium. Had to order a few things in store as they were out of stock. Item expected next day PM. No one on the men's floor to enquire about sizes, so had to queue just to ask...'have you got this in a medium?'
⸻ Date: 15/04/2025 We visited the Uxbridge Next store to collect a parcel, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff showed no interest in assisting us. We waited a long time while they were busy chatting among themselves. We had to ask about our parcel three times before getting any response. Even another customer pointed out how unprofessional it was, asking why the staff were ignoring us and just talking. This kind of service is unacceptable, and we have no intention of returning to the Uxbridge Next store.
The quality of customer service in Into Shopping mall store sucks these days, specially people at the tills. Seems like they don't know the ABC of customer service. Bought a jacket which costs about £69 and asked for the plastic hanger (which they usually provide without even asking), the woman at the till responded they are running a low stock of those hangers, instead she offered a lighter one which wouldn't be able to carry weight of the Jacket. This is super disappointing seeing a good brand like Next provide such service.
I hope the manager reads this and takes proper action and gives some customer service training to a lady called Sandeep . Never in any store have I come across someone as rude and bitter as her. She had a soar face and did not seem to be enjoying her job. Pls give her some training or keep her some where at the back away from paying customers!!!
Nice store. I like how they keep improving and expanding it.. it just would be perfect if they expanded the children section and had more variety
Picked up a few clothes from here. I little higher in price than the neighboring stores but customer service makes up for it
Excellent customer service - I'd say some of the best I have had in a VERY long time - if not in all time. The lady serving me was extremely knowledgeable, knew her stock and what would go well together. She was able to accurately size up my son at a glance, and recommend the best accessories. I spent a lot more than planned, but left feeling very content with what I purchased.
