   Cheap material used for the blazer. I bought a blazer from a shop in Southall and that lasted 2 years. I tried out Vicky's this year and the blazers torn in 2 years. DO NOT RECOMMEND TRY ANOTHER SHOP!

   Lack of customer service skills by staff. Had to visit this shop with my 3 very young children, was told that I have to try the clothing on in store as they do no refund or exchange. Struggled to do this with 3 young and tired children. Noticed a sign later stating exchange only, yet the shop assistant had written 'tried' on my receipt which would mean I cannot exchange if need be. I found this to be very misleading as they do not follow there own policies.

   Excellent quality uniforms and clothing and the lovely owners have been helping me for years. Always so helpful what the school needs and what the children wear as uniform rather than trying to over sell you non essential items that other local shops do. Never had a complaint about them and they are incredibly patient even during this last busy 'back to school' period. Great parking outside the shop too.
