   I went to Southall to help my mother in law find an outfit for a wedding. We were served by Manisha at Amayrah and were blown away by her great customer service. She was attentive, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. She was also very sweet and mindful with my elderly mother in law. We were able to fund the perfect outfit in the organza material sought. We will definitely visit again.

   I went today and left disappointed as the person working there was not fair to me. I asked for the dress size and was told it’s available. while I was still looking at the dress, The person working in the shop gave the dress to other customer and told me that it was the last available size. I said you could have at least informed me. He was just not bothered. Very poor customer service. It’s not about the dress, it’s about how they treat every customer differently.

   Absolutely stunning designer outfits for occasional wear!! Really beautiful delicate handcrafted embroidery with high quality materials, great tailoring & gorgeous, comfortable lightweight maxi, lenghas, sharara & ghararas at very reasonable prices for designer wear. Really genuine, helpful & attentive staff too. So much so that we bought x10 outfits after look for months just in our family alone! Highly recommended! Thank you so much, very happy indeed :D
