   We went to return a wrong size dress.But,came out with hordes of dresses n shoes. WHY ? HOW? We,found the staff so so friendly,awesome training given to them on customer service.Smiling,great suggestions ,no job or query too much to answer.Our names were used politely with a beautiful smile .Both,the ladies were truly appreciated for their wonderful proffessional nature.Will,recommend the shop to ALL.We,came from Surbiton and have visited your store twice as the customer service was just magnificent.Kingston and Surbiton have leagues to learn about customer service with immaculate merchandising.BRAVO ,ladies will surely come back.
