I was shopping in Guildford yesterday and came across your beautiful store. My friend and I were pleasantly impressed and all your staff were lovely, especially Azaria who was incredibly helpful. Have a wonderful Christmas and we can not wait to come back.

We visited the Guildford store recently and were so impressed by the layout and choice. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Lily was particularly kind and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for her. It’s definitely our favourite Guildford shop right now. We’re looking forward to coming back soon.

Extremely rude sales assistant there on Wednesday 11th jan. Please hire people who actually want to engage with customers and do not ignore them when they speak to them!
