   Store manager was rude. Short hair with glasses. Wouldn’t shop at this particular location again. I needed to do a return and I was a day out and she spoke to me like I was inferior and how she didn’t have to help me with an exchange only then continuing the conversation with her staff member as I was a third person. Really disappointed

   Quite unhelpful floor managers, rude, do not seem to be interested in customers at all. One floor manager cannot make a decision without another one and the second one fumed when I mentioned that since they did not have a solution, I would call their customer services centre to seek one. Immediately, the mentioned floor manager threw a tantrum, throwing back the items of clothing, complaing to another customer and saying that I "threatened" them with the customer service. Never again I would visit this particular store willingly.

   A member of the staff at his store rather curtly asked me to vacate the general fitting room area when I was assisting my partner with choosing a dress. When so many shops provide seating for those accompanying their partners and every cubicle is private with a curtain, I found this to be very unnecessary and it did not encourage us to buy any items.
