I have loved every item that I’ve purchased over the last two years. Sahara wether online or in the shop are very helpful. I recently had to rush in and found the dress I had seen online. The assistant helped find the right necklace too. The clothes are a pleasure to wear and don’t fall apart after the first wearing. They certainly tell the story of our lives that’s for sure. Classic clothes with good styling. Something for every one.
Fiona and I went here on Monday. We were well looked after. Fiona found a dress she liked but they had no stock but got on the phone and found one elsewhere. Made the purchase there and then and it turned up in the post two days later. Brilliant. And to the Very helpful lady in the shop who has never had a review before, you were brilliant. Well done, customer service at it's best.
Annie was very helpful when I tried to return a gift that didn’t have a receipt. Unfortunately Sahara head office would not take back the ‘in stock/store’ item complete with tags, paper & bag without a receipt which means I won’t recommend the business but Annie was very kind and tried her best.

Sadly very unhelpful assistants, especially as I had several bags to manage. Will not visit again. Whistles Gulidford much more helpful. Shopped their instead.
