   I had an amazing experience in this shop.. I love their clothes. The style assistant Hang was very helpful, she let me try lots of dresses and taillers, giving me some suggestion, she was very nice to me. At the end I bought a beautiful purple tailler. Definitely I will came back to Hobbs Guildford. Thank a lot Hang x

   I’ve had a brilliant experience in the Guildford branch of Hobbs. I was assisted by Hang, who had a raft of great ideas. She spent a good while helping me pick out appropriate options and had seemingly endless levels of energy as she went upstairs to find the right sizes for me. Hang recommended a beautiful cobalt blue dress which I’d never have picked out for myself but it’s perfect for me. She also recommended a lovely belt to accessorize another lovely dress. The whole experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend this branch.

   Came in with my sister & gran for a much needed wardrobe refresh for my Gran - the style assistant Holly was incredible. Not only did she make great suggestions & accommodations to make us more comfortable & made even the struggles when certain styles weren’t available in store she was so quick & helpful to not only check the store & back room but even tracked down the exact style colour and size to see if it was available online for us as well as ordering it up for us to our home directly without any hassle for us at the checkout. Overall she really made the entire experience for us & really helped our Gran feel beautiful and catered for.

   My mother and I went to the Hobbs Guildford store where we were greeted by Hang. We went to Hobbs to buy a skirt as my mother was going to an event, Hang suggested she tried the matching jacket that coordinates with the skirt. My mother was so pleased with the out fit she brought the set. The advice and service we had from Hang was fantastic, patient and knowledgeable about the products as well as understanding about what would look good on my mother. Thank you Hang and the team at Hobbs in Guildford.

   I have stopped going here. First time a very pushy Chinese lady wouldn’t leave me alone and more recently, a very off hand lady dealt with a return. She wasn’t too bad, not friendly but an older member of staff dealt with a husband returning one perfect item and she was downright rude. I contacted Hobbs to give them a chance to reply but they haven’t even acknowledged my complaint.

   I wanted to buy a dress to attend a December wedding in. I found the dress and a pair of shoes which I love but the lasting impression is the amazing customer service I received. I haven’t received service like that in a long time and it made the experience a genuine pleasure. This experience and service is something the internet can’t offer and sadly, a lot of high street shops are failing to provide too. Thank you Hobbs.
