I have a number of sweatshirts and t shirts from hear. I Love the cowl Neck hoodie, I have the grey rainbow one. It’s gorgeous and has been worn over and over again and it washes very well. I live locally to where they work, they are right opposite where I learnt to ride as a youngster .
I’ve bought several items from Betty Bramble and have been really pleased with all of them. The quality is consistently excellent—definitely five stars—and the ordering process is simple and smooth. Customer service has always been helpful and responsive. My most recent purchase, a Bonjour T-shirt, is now a firm favourite, and I’m already looking forward to ordering again. A great company if you’re after well-made, stylish pieces that last.
Pretty poor quality. Printing looks cheap and the sweatshirts are very odd in sizing. The shoulders and across top of back are very wide and unflattering whilst the waistband is very tight. I even sized up so that i would get a more oversized look but that isnt the case.Material is not good quality. I won't bother returning the items but I won't be ordering again .
Ordered the Vitamin Sea sweater as I wanted one for ages after seeing them on the internet. When it arrived I was so disappointed. The logo was printed on and I could tell it would not last. The fit certainly wasn’t ladies it was big across the shoulders and tight at the hips, very boxy and unflattering, also the quality was awful. I have better quality sweaters that I purchased for £10 off Shein. So sent back and got a refund. Still Had to pay for delivery and return postage so £8 down. Some of the reviews here are good but this was for a sweater so maybe quality is inconsistent. Just be aware if purchasing as I don’t think this company are the small UK based business who handcraft their products as they make out they are. And if you want luxurious cowl neck hoodies - try Rydale.
So disappointed on receiving my hoodie. Thought I was supporting a British, kitchen start-up, alas received poor quality hoodie, which I recently found in my local market at half the price! Tried to make contact, no response
Very disappointing. Great marketing campaign but the 'handcrafted', 'premium' quality promoted on the website was absent from my product. £30 for a basic jumper, no 'Betty Bramble' label, just looks like a job lot of imported mass produced jumpers normally used by cheap printing companies for low quality corporate work wear. So disappointing as I really was looking forward to receiving this and potentially putting more orders in. I recommend to Betty Bramble that they invest in higher quality base products if they want to sustain their business. Two stars were for good delivery service and the actual print on the jumper looks ok although yet to test it in the washing machine.
I got a lovely canvas bag, it has a neon pink and leopard rainbow on it, I love it. Its so big and fits such alot in, its fabulous quality and looks really stylish so much so my daughter claimed it as her own and I had to order a second one with raising girls on and its just as fabulous. Great customer service and arrived on time. X

Bought a tutu set for my daughter's first birthday it was nothing like the picture, sent a email had no reply so i have sent the item back about 2 weeks ago and sent another 3 emails no response tried to call the contact number a number of times no answer and still no refund.
