   I had a very unpleasant experience here. I tried on a headband in the shop, decided it didn’t suit me, and left. About two minutes later, one of the shop assistants ran after me on the high street and asked if the headband I was wearing was one of theirs, clearly implying I had stolen it. She later apologised, but being stopped and questioned in public was embarrassing and upsetting. I decided to walk back into the shop to discuss this with the manager. I was very unimpressed by her response — she said, “I know she did something she shouldn’t have,” but offered little reassurance beyond that. If the shop is genuinely concerned about theft, staff should either monitor customers properly inside the shop or have appropriate measures in place at the door. Junior staff chasing customers down the street based on suspicion is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, very unimpressed with the management’s handling of this situation. An awful experience that has put me off returning.

   I hadn’t been in to the shop for a couple of years but went yesterday to find some jeans. The assistant (a lovely French lady) was super helpful and brought a selection of styles and sizes to try. She had a good eye and i bought a completely different style to what I thought would suit me. They stock more expensive brands but the cut and quality of the Frame jeans I bought are so much better than high street jeans.

   Bit cheesy, but had an awful week and needed a pick me up retail therapy. The selection is superb, but the staff let me tell you about the staff. Not only did this lovely blonde girl feel me welcome, but also helped me find jeans I wouldn’t have picked off of the rack. So warm, kind and caring. Thank you this is how a real shopping experience should be!
