So chuffed that there is an Anthropologie in Kingston now! They’ve got lovely things, even though some of them are of questionable quality. The store is well kept and there’s always new stuff to discover.
What a terrific benefit to the Kingston market place this shop is! Wonderful items for sale and such enthusiastic assistance from the staff. I was lucky enough to meet the charming Anna who was delightful and insightful, genuine and helpful as I purchased clothing for myself, gifts for my daughters and things I didn't even know I needed for my home. She knew just how much to say and how much *not* to say as she assisted me on my exciting exploration of the new shop in Kingston.
I was after a dress I had seen online so I rang Anthropologie Kingston to check if they had it in store, the staff were so lovely and helpful and they checked and put the item on hold for me until I could come in! The building is beautiful and the shop is colourful and creative, my favourite store in Kingston by far! :)

This store is by far the prettiest one. When I went they didn't have the item I wanted so one of the girls offered me to do the purchase online from the store with free delivery. I got it the next day and everything was perfect. More than happy with my experience here!
It’s my favourite label. To my surprise, there is no service there. I went there a few times, no one says “hi”, nor welcome you with a smile! A bunch of young girls fixing the displays and hangers. Kingston! You got it all wrong! I was waiting to pay for my earrings and the girls were so slow, I just left. I guess no service is better then a bad service?? The selection of clothes is good. The prints and design lovely. Unfortunately no atmosphere - who runs this place? Management - wake up!
