Wonderful staff spent so much time with my daughter helping her look through their gorgeous range to find ‘the’ dress for her school prom. She is thrilled with the result and we really appreciated all the attention, kindness and expertise they brought to the process - made it feel really fun and special.
A lovely shop with parking close by. My daughter had a lovely experience trying on preloved dresses and found a beautiful dress for a very reasonable price which we can resell via Damsel after her prom.
Had loads of fun choosing hats to go with our wedding guest outfits. There is a very good selection, and we all had several options to choose from. The wind was determined to blow them away on the day, but you can't blame the shop for that!
I went to Damsels prom dress fitting today and I’ve never been to one before, the employees were so lovely and supportive. When I showed a reference photo Susan (the lady looking after us) picked out the perfect dress first try! The dresses and clothes are great quality and it has a great return deal if you’re on the hunt for a prom dress. The atmosphere it’s wonderful and so empowering, it’s truly a wonderful community. If you’re going to shop anywhere, make sure it’s Damsel and you won’t be let down. Thank you very much!
The two ladies who looked after my daughter totally deserve all the five star reviews! We both thoroughly enjoyed the prom dress experience since they were happy for my daughter to try on as many dresses as she liked, plus they were so helpful in finding a dress within our budget which my daughter loves! Thank you very much, especially to Sue who recognised my daughter from primary school - she put a smile on our faces as soon as we walked in :) Just a note to say they also stock much more than prom dresses and my other daughter came away with a lovely Michael Kors bag - an added bonus! So it was a very successful shopping trip

Was ok but owner seems to be very forgetful and somewhat fake. Didn’t even say that she had sold the items, we had to ask! Not really sure how the shop has lasted so long
