I am very disappointed that one of the staff was very unprofessional. Misses bought clothes from the shop and the dress was defective so we went to shop for exchange and they don't have the same one and we didn't like any other so we asked for in writing voucher so she can come some other time to buy but first refused very disrespectfully. We just exchanged with random clothes and left and will never go to this shop, and I'll advise you to make sure to get a receipt or check carefully before you leaving
Went to look for shoes to go with a Sherwani for a wedding. I was trying them on to see how they fit and feel and was advised by a sales women to not try them on. Argued that we cannot purchase without trying it on and was told to go. Appalling and shocking customer service, left immediately and will not return!
They have good varieties of clothes. But they sell them too too too expensive. And dont accept payments by card. Cash only without a receipt. Just to avoid paying their income tax. And then laugh behind you that they sold the clothes so expensive. I heard the salesgirls telling stories to their boss with a mockery laugh about what they did with me, just after I turned back after paying cash. Shame on them. Won't go back there again
