   I travelled from Germany to buy an outfit in Southall. The shop had nice clothes, but the service was very unprofessional. I was promised that my customized outfit would be completed and sent to me by post, as I couldn’t take it with me. However, after I paid in full, they stopped replying to my emails and calls — it seemed like they ignored my German number completely. Even my friend in England had trouble reaching them. It took a long time before I finally received the outfit, and when it arrived, it wasn’t properly customized and was far too expensive for the quality. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would never ever shop here again. It’s a shame when people from your own background try to take advantage of you instead of treating you with honesty.

Southall retailers need to take note and learn from you! I would not hesitate to recommend you or use you again for future events.

   I was very close to getting my bridal outfit from this store and I only didn’t do so as I found one elsewhere that felt more comfortable for me to walk in etc (I’m petite and needed something that I could feel fairly comfortable in and still look elegant and not clumsy as I easily can do). However I wanted to still comment on the excellent service me and my mum received while we were in store. I was able to try on a couple of lehengas and the owner (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) was so helpful and you could tell she had years of experience and just wanted the bride (myself) to look and feel her best! It was also the day she was receiving great news from her own daughter about exams and it was lovely to share a joyful mother daughter moment with her for that as well! Had I not found the lehenga I did eventually end up with, I am 100% certain I would have come back and purchased one the one pictured that I had tried in this store. Highly recommend for the excellent customer service and also the excellent quality and choice of bridal lehenga’s available!

   We have had THE BEST experience with Sequinze for my daughter’s wedding dress/lehenga. Jasleen was so helpful with recommending different styles and even customised the dress just how we wanted it. When we visited she took the time to help us find the dress that was just right- she didn’t rush or pressurise us at all. She took on all the stress and made it such an enjoyable and special experience. We are so pleased with the dress we have, it’s even better than we could have hoped for. Thank you Jasleen and everyone at Sequinze.

   I was very excited to see this place during a wedding shop last weekend. As it was my first time to Southall I wasn’t impressed at all with the customer service. No welcome or greeting or asking if we needed any help. In fact most assistants looked too busy with just the one customer. I don’t think that sets the right sort of welcome for new customers (or brides) hence the one star. If this improved I would consider a visit but it was not a great first impression.

   Exceptional service. Jas and her husband are genuinely great people to deal with and straight-talking. In addition to this, they made every effort to make our shopping experience that extra bit special, especially after having our original outfit designer cancel on us a week before our wedding.    Jas has been such an amazing person and provided a great, friendly and warm service. Her expertise and experience was so appreciated in helping me create an elegant and unique wedding outfit for my civil. Her collection of outfits are highly detailed, sophisticated and great quality and much better than some of the bigger branded outfits. Right from the get go Jas worked with me to help make adjustments to my outfit and was able to translate that into stunning reality. The fitting was spot on and any minor adjustments are made on the day. The outfit was done so quick too! Jas made a very stressful experience for a tall curvy asian bride so much more accommodating, personal and heart-felt. The benefit of Sequinze over the bigger brands, designer boutique shops is that she works to keep your ideas and work with your budget to make things affordable while still maintaining a high quality outfit. (And without the snobbery of some of the bigger shops) I can't thank you enough Jas you've been so kind and treated me like family. I really hope that you're service and business continue to thrive!

   After being let down by Mongas, I went to Banwaits. I was served by Jasleen who is AMAZING. She got my outfit in such a short time span and was so helpful! I was extremely stressed because of Mongas and she made me feel at ease and they never over promise! They promise what they can actually deliver. Definitely recommend them!

   Jasleen has become more of a friend throughout the process of buying a dress form Sequinze. She is personable, polite, honest and genuinely amazing at what she does. Sequinze collection is the best I’ve seen, from elegant threadwork and hand embroidery, the attire is never tacky or too shiny. The colour palette is incredible and the quality speaks for itself. Due to COVID and wedding postponements, I finally received my dress, and I can say it was definitely worth the wait! I personally bought a dress that was for a pre-wedding event, however would recommend all brides to look in Sequinze for the wedding dress too! Jasleen was extremely understanding when I wanted to change the colour, the dupatta material and when I requested extra fabric for a headscarf. She provided a full service and everyone was amazed at the clothes!
