Very rude man threatened to hit my husband very aggressive behaviour no respect seriously these people come from the Chicken soup stall and they think now opening a bigger shop makes them bigger then others we customers are buying from you running your house with our purchase and you can’t show respect They have no manners in dealing with customers this shop should be reported to fair trading standards as they are cheats and abusive. WILL NOW NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO SHOP THERE OR BUY FROM THEM

The owner is so rude. Regular customer who has bought the silk scarves for £10 many times and he tried to tell me I was confused on the material. Selling overpriced scarves. Ripping off loyal customers.

I cant believe how rude the owner of this place is. He spoke really low to me and left me feeling embarrassed and ridiculed. I will never purchase anything from here again and I will tell everyone to do their business elsewhere. EDIT: OH? he replied to my review 7 months ago? DONT WORRY - I will clarify for everyone to see. Firstly can I just say as a muslim and business owner you should just a apologise and move on but it is still so clear in your reply how youre talking down to me. And youre probably wondering "hasnt she gotten over this yet" no i havent because you really had that much of a horrible personality. So yes the clarification: yes I wore the abaya, and it maybe had some signs of wear but not stains that you cant remove. But guess what he forgot to mention? He forgot to mention the fact that the abaya was very clearly FAULTY!!!!!!! It was a completely faulty product that cannot be worn by anyone else so why would you even care if it had been worn? So when I walked in I told him I needed an exchange because the product is faulty. Let me explain further - I bought a butterfly abaya, but when you tie it up it is completely misaligned and looks ridiculous so the stitching is completely off - as I said... faulty. Now what happens when you buy.. (let me put this in simple terms for you) a product like a tv, and it doesnt work, you used it ofcourse because you needed to see what it looks like when turned on, but it doesnt turn on, its faulty. The business will return your money or give you an exchange. Let me break it down for you further with a customer protection law which you obviously dont care about because youre not even an established business are you? If the item is faulty (e.g., defective stitching, broken zippers, fabric tears, or other manufacturing defects), you are entitled to a remedy under consumer protection laws. This applies even if the item has been worn, as long as the fault is not due to personal misuse or wear and tear after purchase. QUITE SIMPLE REALLY, isnt it??? So honestly, if you said no nicely I wouldve been fine with it. But here is the worst part. I still remember exactly what he said to me. "why are you buying butterfly abaya anyway? And why are you using the belt?" referring to as a hijabi why am i buying something immodest. CAN YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT? He asking ME why im buying HIS immodest items. (Also I bought it for a girls party but that is absolutely none of his concern) At that point I almost had tears in my eyes because a few people were watching and i just walked out. Anyway, dont worry, I think I have a good few followers on tiktok now. Ill be sharing this story with them too, lets see what they think. I hope it goes viral :)

This is the worst customer service I have ever had, the lady used to be lovely when she had a little stall but now she has a shop she is high in the sky. She did not want to help us match the right colours inside the shop, insisting they are all outside and we could not see the colours as it was getting dark outside. When we did find something but it was damaged and we didn't buy it, even before we got out of the shop she was telling her staff member see I told you. Sorry Mam but you are meant to be a role model to your staff not back bite us while we are still in the shop!

Aziz Scarves have some of the best quality scarves available and one of the biggest ranges of materials and colours I have seen. The customer service is great, they always help me pick out the right scarf. Would definitely recommend buying from here.
