Avoid! I called ahead, sent photos, and was quoted £12.50 for the top and £20 for the skirt alterations and was told it was a 1 hour job. Two hours later, Samia called saying the price is now £115 and she hadn’t even started the work yet. I’d travelled from south London for this train wreck of a business. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
Just to highlight a really good local service. I use Passion Boutique regularly and find that it provides me with excellent service. Every year the wide range of reasonably priced jumpers, trousers, tops, and accessories enable me to build outfits for each season where I can combine new pieces with older, loved items. I particularly value how Chandra will take photos of items I want to use to build a new outfit and looks for suitable pieces that I can use to do this. Keep it up Chandra and every best wish for 2024
Selected a Garment with label priced at £20 When got to till the the shop Assistant had speedily removed all tags from the Garment which is unusual She then pressed calculators and said it’s £32 When I challenged the Price saying the label said £20 she said No no it only came in yesterday She never showed me the tags she had removed only ones from a similar garment Told her she could keep it as I wasn’t going to be ripped off I suggest people be very careful to check garment labels again till price when paying for items from this shop I won’t go back there ever again as this in my opinion is dishonest
Worst possible experience. Charged £40 for bog standard job, which they suggested to fix, but this shouldn’t have been sewn in such a manner to begin with. Never trust a business who says to trust them, an expensive mistake made on my part.
Lovely shop, very friendly and helpful but without being pushy like some boutiques.
