Loved her designs. I bought a lehenga with the top, they were two pieces that were not attached together. I wanted it to look like a gown (hijabi) with long sleeves so Oorvi stitched them together, covered the chest area and added the sleeves and it was just perfect. She took the extra fabric from the dupatta so it didn’t look like it was patches added all around. Definitely recommend her work.

Outfits are stunning but the customer service is absolutely awful! Not going to go into too much detail as she thrives off arguing and she's never at fault. Please read ALL of the negative reviews, I chose to ignore them and went through EVERY single negative review. As a bride, she made my journey uncomfortable and miserable. She also made my partner uncomfortable. When I was asked by many guests and artists where I got my outfits from my response was "I wouldn't recommend the place" owner is awful and rude (acts as though you're beneath her). I was fortunate enough to have a makeup artist who knew how to fix my WEDDING blouse (ruined by Oorvi Desais tailor) on my wedding day and made me feel comfortable! I don't usually like writing negative reviews like this, but I bought both my wedding and mendhi outfits from her and both had issues and she made me feel very uncomfortable. Not once did she apologise. Nasty piece of work. Picture shows the state of my wedding blouse she charged over £100 to get altered. Took it to Ealing Road tailor and he fixed the holes for a fiver. Had I had got her to send it back to her tailor to get fixed she'd have charged me another alteration fee of over £100. AVOID AVOID AVOID! So many other places who'd treat you better. ***the response by Oorvi once again proved my point! Yes we did ask for a refund on the over priced jewellery. The reason why we took my brother in law is he's a calm and professional business man who knows how to treat his customers and is reasonable! The police rubbish, I told her to call them! Not what she said, which is she called them!? No she didn't! I told her to call them because I wanted to get out of her shop but she was too busy arguing with my Mum and calling my mum unprofessional for comparing her tailor to Ealing Road tailor. And I refused to pay for the wedding blouse alterations they cocked up. It's pretty fair to say I shouldn't have to pay for something they'd destroyed. I too have video evidence. I paid for it just to get out of the shop and not have to deal with her ever again! There's a lot more but going on and on here is pointless. And yes no tailor would create brides blouse for a fiver!? I didn't say that. But they'd definitely fix HOLES for a fiver! (Mine did)! Like I said she is never at fault. The clutch bag which was complimentary, she had told me I could choose shoes for free but I didn't like her range so asked for the clutch bag instead. Yes I didn't look inside it, just assumed her range being so "high end", there wouldnt be an issue inside. When I got home I saw damage on the corner and inside the bag. We returned it to her, not asking for anything else to replace it as she'd already accused me of damaging the bag myself even though it was given for free?! Doesn't make any sense!? I gain nothing from damaging a "gift"!?! Her response to negative comments just shows the type of person you'd be dealing with. And notice, negative reviews in her eyes are FAKE. My fault for not taking into account others negative comments. You live and you learn. 2nd picture of the blouse, the blouse was too big and needed to be altered to make it smaller. Instead, the tailor bodged it and added extra material under the armpits with holes in them, which looked hideous! Anyone knows that's not how a blouse should be. Blatant error on their side but not even a sorry. Even her putting our full names on here shows the type of person you're dealing with. She definitely shouldn't be putting our full names on here especially my partners name as he's not put a review and nor did I mention his name. Just nasty and spiteful. Can't cope with negative reviews and wants to be bowed down to for a job she was paid to do. And to be called fake clients after spending thousands of pounds in her shop is an absolute insult! Money comes and goes, reputation sticks.

I have worked with Oorvi on a few shoots and know her outfits are stunning and absolute quality. Having worked with Oorvi, I asked her to help me with my Indian engagement outfit. I wanted an enchanted bride theme, something classy and elegant and that is exactly what my outfit was. My outfit sparkled, was colour and elegant. From selecting to picking up my outfit, Oorvi was so helpful, honest and friendly. We planned the whole outfit, including the jewellery, hair and make up to ensure my vision was bought to life. Thank you so much once again Oorvi, looking forward to buying more for the wedding!! ♥️

Today was my first time going into the shop and it’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in London for Indian and Indowestern pieces — including shoes, accessories, and jewellery. So much detail and attention has gone into everything as well as the decor and vibes of the shop. Can’t wait to work further with Oorvi Desai and highly recommend this place for bespoke modern yet classical and traditional pieces. For men and women. Super friendly people there as well which always makes the experience more fun :))

Had a great time having a browse at Oorvi’s shop. She was happy to have us look around, and did not pressure us to buy, but instead told us to take our time and find what we liked. She understood what our taste was like and gave us recommendations. She provides a bespoke service where she takes your budget, your ideas, your non-negotiable and designs and makes pieces accordingly. She has 20 years of experience and it shows!

I visited Oorvi Desai today and the service was just impeccable. I’m a bride to be and looking for my outfits. This is the first shop I’ve visited and got a great feeling straight away. She spent the full hour with us and explained the full process and what is available. I like how she is able to create bespoke pieces. I look forward going back!

Found this boutique on the Internet. It was highly rated. Walked in and got great service from the start. Alterations were professionally done. The outfits were delivered in time as promised. Overall am very happy. Would highly recommend. Apart from just getting the outfits Oorvi is very good at draping!

I had an Indian wedding to attend the next day and popped into this shop by accident. The shop itself has so many exquisite pieces. There was a wide range of designs, all very beautiful and when I told Oorvi my budget and deadline she was able to identify something off the rack that suited my skin-tone and fit me perfectly. The price was very reasonable for the detail and quality of the garment. Oorvi was also really helpful in helping me to style the outfit and gave me some excellent ideas! Thank you Oorvi, I am sure I will return again!
