    My two daughters had their ears pierced at Epsom Accessorize in Dec 2024. All the staff were really friendly and put them at ease. We were given clear instructions on how to care for the piercing afterwards. One of my daughters was struggling to remove the earring when the time came to change earrings, as the butterfly was wedged awkwardly. We could not budge it either, so returned to Accessorize for assistance. The lady who helped today was brilliant, she was again so friendly and reassured my daughter. She removed both earrings and put a new pair in. I unfortunately did not get her name but was so grateful to her for her great attitude and manner with my daughter. Thanks so much to all for a great experience

    I had my second lobe pierced today by a very nice employee called Imane. She was very helpful, very thorough and said if I had any problems, I could try find her in store. She's super friendly and definitely has experience under her belt. If I plan to have another piercing, I would go again!
