   I recently visited the Superdry store in Watford and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The store felt extremely cluttered, making it challenging to navigate, especially if you were with someone else or if there as a high volume of customers. Additionally, the customer service was lacking. I felt like I was being monitored closely for about 15 minutes without any greeting or offer of help, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was dressed formally, so it was surprising and off-putting. In the end, I decided not to make a purchase due to the overall experience. I hope the store takes this feedback to heart and improves their customer service and store layout.

   Used to be worth a trip when in Watford but it is an overcrowded shop. Trying to find something but shop too dark, clothes too tightly packed in on the gents side in particular, difficult to see what was on sale and what wasn't, disorganised. Needs a refresh. Some signs. A tidy up. Maybe have the register in the middle or the front or in two places. Could do better

   Friendly, warm, welcoming staff. Always ask if you need any help and are more than happy to help you out if you need assistance. Lots of choice in men’s and women’s clothing. Each has an side of the store dedicated to them. Lots of promotions and multi buy offers. Good quality clothing, jackets are really warm and durable. Large store but can feel a bit cramped and it’s hard to manoeuvre a pushchair through some areas without brushing into the clothes.

   This guy called Cameron smells good and he has got great tattoos, blends in with the colourful clothes so well, you almost can't see him.

   Very disappointing After shopping 70£online had to return most of the items in store.Not a helpful staff Manager name Maria. No confirmation of refund and exchange. Paid delivery charge but had to come personally in bad weather to get exchange and refund and excuse was given by Maria was that because of Sunday not working day can’t provide confirmation of exchange or and refund items. Very Rude not helpful at all Customer service number are not in service Store Never pick calls Bad Customer service

   A very large selection of dresses, blouses, pants, jackets. A good store to consider for choice. I didn’t get what I wanted, still I could see plenty of collections available. Same super dry standards like everywhere

   Brilliant service by Maria. Very welcoming and answered all my questions appropriately. She managed to find me the correct coat upon what I described what I was looking for and it did not take her very long to do this at all. This clearly demonstrates good customer service skills and without a doubt knows her products.
