One of the nicer next outlets around. Clean and well presented, easy to find what you need and staff are very helpful!
The store itself is clean and well maintained, but the staff experience was disappointing. One staff member named Sophie could definitely benefit from better training — she didn’t greet us and seemed uninterested in helping. Another staff member began cleaning the floor right where we were standing, asking us to move while we were paying. It came across as unprofessional and left a poor impression overall.
Istvan is a pro at the furniture department! He answered all the questions I've had for my new dining set and living room sofa combo which I would be able to do without his amazing suggestions and versatility of product knowledge! One VERY HAPPY customer! Christmas is going to be on another level now! Thank you!
Ladies at the till downstairs are so slow and always talking and then moaning that the queue is so long. Went on a Saturday and had to wait 20 mins to pay as so inefficient. Would be better if they had self check out. So unprofessional compared to other Next stores
Great selection for the kids, terrible staff that seem to hate serving people and are generally miserable. I've encountered this the 3 times I've been unfortunate enough to have to go there. Learn to code if you hate your job

I went to Next at the top of the high street last week to get some advice on how to shape my over plucked eyebrows. Katrina showed me how to apply a pomade. Katrina was very helpful so I asked for her advice on an eyeshadow colour too. She took time to help me and I was very pleased.
This review is for Next Beauty and Home store. After a right mix up with Next online my parcel was MIA, Next customer service was also a let down. BUT Rebecca the watford store manager and another member of staff I spoke with on the phone are the reason I will still continue to shop at Next. Customer service has alot to learn from these lovely ladies; they were a joy to speak to, very clued up and great at communicating. I am really wowed by their service and they way they went above and beyond to unite me with my order. Thanks both of you, look forward to collecting my items!
