Shop was ok, but beware, you only have 2hrs parking. If you overstay you will receive a Β£60/100 fine in the post. It's no surprise retail shops are struggling now, when their carparks are run by thieves who impose unreasonable time limits in order to take advantage of customers. Better to shop online and avoid the risk.

Appreciation for Outstanding Customer Service from Agata I visited your store last week in search of spa gifts for some friends and was hoping to purchase eight of a particular item. Unfortunately, there were only six in stock. I was assisted by a lovely team member named Agata, who went above and beyond to help me. Agata kindly took the initiative to call another branch to check their stock. Despite being cut off twice, she patiently redialed and followed up to ensure she got the information I needed. Her persistence, helpfulness, and friendly attitude truly stood out and made my shopping experience exceptional. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to Agata. Be warned! The parking restrictions at Waterfields Retail Park mean you can only park for 2hrs max. I had ordered 6 dresses online to try on in store for an upcoming event. Two hours was plenty of time right? Wrong. I wanted to return all of the dresses but you have to use their stupid in store automated system. I had carefully re-packaged everything in the dressing room after trying the items on, only to be told each one needs to be scanned when returning (come on Next, surely you can allows customers to enter an order number and then select which items they wish to return?). This took a little while but when I clicked for a receipt none was printed. The manager came over and checked her handheld machine. She said only one of the items had been registered as a return. After a further 25 minutes of faffing, the manager finally got the machine to register the return. By now, I had exceeded the 2hr parking limit and today received a Β£60 fine. Thanks Next. Not shopping here again.

So all I wanted was a pair of shorts, Habil who served one customer before he was supposed to serve us just disappeared. Asked someone else to serve then was informed 2 people off sick. I work in retail. I know how this works. I left the shorts an walked out. Slower than christmas. Don't know what else to say other than, don't employ people who cannot do their jobs...
