Whenever I need a dress for my girls Silhouette is always my first port of call! Michelle is always a delight to deal with lovely with my girls and so helpful with suggestions of the best dresses to suit and flatter them! Can't recommend her highly enough!
Highly recommend this boutique. Michelle is just wonderful and manages to provide a truly personal service without making you feel pressured or uncomfortable. She is kind, helpful and a total pleasure to deal with. From the moment we were in touch, I felt like she was going to nail the brief for my daughter's dress and she totally did!
We travelled all the way from Kent with hope of finding a prom dress at short notice, there was so many to choose from! Michelle was amazing, so welcoming, patient, and took time to search for a similar dress to what my step-daughter had found online. I can honestly say the first dress Michelle bought out was exactly as she imagined, and although she tried on at least 6 others that first dress was the perfect one. Lucy felt really special and enjoyed the whole experience. The costing of these dresses are also great value and absolutely amazing quality. I am so thankful for such an easy experience and how happy Lucy was.
Michelle was really helpful and kind with our daughters. The dress we have bought is stunning. Really comfortable leaning into Michelle’s expertise and passion. She really gets how the teenage “buying a Prom Dress” goes and was calm and insightful and worked magic to get a perfect dress. Such a great experience. My daughter and I had been struggling for ages to find her a prom dress. We found three here that would all have been great and she is thrilled. Michelle was really helpful throughout. Communication was excellent and really friendly. Returns easy. Great stuff!
I came across Silhouette by chance whilst frantically trying to find a prom dress for my daughter. I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again. Amazing Service. Highly recommend it. Michelle at 'Silhouette for London' confirmed our appointment via e-mail. On arrival my daughter briefly gave Michelle an idea of the style and colour she was looking for. Michelle offered gentle advice and was not pushy. She was extremely helpful and I feel really tuned into my daughter, giving her plenty of time and space to decide between a choice of two wonderful dresses that she loved.
