   Could have been 5 stars if they had more tills open specially as the sales were on. Even in the rush the staff were helpful and polite. Unfortunately they only have till on the ground floor. They could do with some till on the upper floor , saves having to carry stock around upstairs and downstairs till ready to pay. Apart from that this is a good place to shop as the staff are always helpful with a smile.

   Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, they even helped us download the UNIQlO app for discounts! The clothes are always neatly organised, and I love the variety of colours, fabrics and sizes within each cut/style.

   The shop is clean and tidy as always, which is great. However, the kids’ section has a very limited selection, and I was disappointed not to find ladies’ jeans in UK size 14 or 16 in-store. The staff were polite and helpful, but could only suggest I order online. For a store of this size, it would be nice to see a wider range of sizes and more variety for kids available on the shop floor.

   They do not accept refunds for items bought online. I doubt that is legal, but even if it is, this is unethical. I don't think I will be buying here anymore.

   Good clothes, rudest staff in Watford. Self checkout tills a constant problem. I think i’ll go somewhere else next time.

   Really rude store assistant shouted at me and my elderly mother today to get out of the (apparently closed) fitting room, even though there were no signs saying it was shut. She continued to shout and tell us to leave even when she could see we were getting our things together. The experience was upsetting and really ruined a nice shopping trip. We'd had excellent customer service by another lady upstairs but this was ruined by the unprofessional and rude attitude of this other woman. She should not work in retail!
