   I recently visited this New Look store and had a very mixed experience. I ordered a jacket from the shop and tried it on there. The plastic packaging came off, and since I didn’t see any bin, I left it on a table. When I walked out, a staff member stopped me and told me to take the plastic with me, saying it was “your rubbish.” I wasn’t sure if I had made a mistake, but I still took it with me as they asked. The way it was said felt rude and unprofessional, and it left me feeling embarrassed. I do want to mention that another staff girl in the store was incredibly nice and helpful — she was awesome and made the experience much better. Overall, the situation with the plastic left me disappointed, and I hope the staff can communicate more politely in the future.

   It’s hard to put into words what Ellie did for me last weekend, but she genuinely saved me - and I don’t say that lightly! I’m not a fan of clothes shopping and have zero fashion sense. I'm post-baby so none of my work clothes fit, and the thought of rebuilding my wardrobe filled me with dread. After visiting a few shops with no luck, I walked into New Look Sutton feeling lost and hopeless. The lovely ladies at the counter were kind and helpful, quickly realising I needed more guidance, so they called Ellie over. She spent the next two hours helping me find a full autumn/winter work wardrobe, like a personal stylist. Ellie asked all the right questions, was warm, empathetic, and genuinely cared about helping me feel confident again. She even stayed an hour past her shift to finish helping me. When I say she saved me, I mean it - I left feeling comfortable, confident, and ready to face the office again. Everyone at New Look was wonderful, but Ellie went above and beyond. She’s an absolute gem and New Look are lucky to have her!

   I recently shopped at New Look and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of fashion items they had to offer. The store was well-stocked and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I was particularly impressed with the range of sizes available, as well as the mix of classic and trendy styles. The prices were very reasonable, and I was able to find a number of items that I loved at a great value. The staff was also friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful advice and making sure I found everything I needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend New Look for anyone looking for stylish and affordable fashion.

   Girlfriend loves it in here. This New Look has two floors, with a good size area for shoes upstairs, and clothes downstairs. Decent changing rooms and a well managed checkout.

   Offers a wide range of fashion with upper level for shoes & fashion for younger age range. Often has "sale rails", allowing customers to purchase a bargain. Store regularly checked, cleaned & organised. On purchase, digital receipts can also be emailed if email provided. If item not available in size or colour required, staff will order upon request, dependant on availability. Staff helpful, polite & courteous.

   Im in my 50s, but i can still find clothes in new look for myself, as well as my daughter. The staff are very nice, they don't hassle you. Please support our local shops.
