   Michelle and amy are lovely and kind. Food is always consistent for us and we never have any complaints. They do decaff tea which is nice and always talk to kids with respect. Which is nice as you don't always find this.

   This cafe is professionally ran and provides excellent service to returning customers. Situated at the middle of normanton and on bus route & near the train station which is handy if you've somewhere to be and need a quick sandwich or a coffee. Reasonably priced and very polite staff.

   Found a hair in my large breakfast I couldn't eat it as its disgusting. No apology, No offering of replacing my meal. Not even discounting the meal charged me full when there was a dark hair in my food, avoid this place waste of money. The waitress was nice that's about it. Terrible customer service you have to own mistakes as a buisness not ignore them.
