   Lovely items here. Long dresses and some very intricately embellished gowns but just way too pricey. Amazing outfits to found here and they are really a wonderful to look at some of them but the price point is just way too much. The quality looks good. I saw a dress with a few threads hanging out the sequins so I wouldn’t but items like that. Staff were welcoming and very happy to assist. I would venture in again during a sale to catch a bargain.

   One of the most unprofessional and shocking customer service I've experienced. Me and my family were shopping where I was in an aisle just infront of the staff room with a pushchair. One of the employees wanted to go to the staff room behind me so without even saying excuse me or going around us, she literally climbs on one half of the pushchair to get to the staffroom. I was shocked so I told my wife did you see what actually happened. The employee heard and started to blame me and accuse me of wrongdoing. So I told her please do not respond and act rudely to customers. She replied by saying, "is this how you talk to women?" Whilst I'm pushing the pram, carrying bags and the baby bag. So to avoid her embarrassment I left the store so my wife could finish up. The other workers then condemn her for how she dealt with the situation and insulting me in front of my wife during checkout. This was atrocious customer service and I felt embarrassed for the manager for having employees with such foul behaviour.
