   I come often to the Edgware branch for clothes for my children and it’s always a pleasure. Sara, the manageress is always so helpful and lovely. It makes the whole experience less stressful and means I keep coming back every time my kids grow again!

   Horrible costumer service. The lady was shouting on the phone in front of costumers. The racks that are meant to be on sale are misleading. They overcharged me, when I came back and asked for a refund the two staff members where rude especially the lady. She gave me a lot of attitude, and was speaking to her colleague in her own language in front of me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Zero costumers service skills. Management needs to train their staff correctly.

   Came in first thing in the morning after spilling coffee on my white t-shirt. Was quickly able to find a good quality and cheap replacement here, and the staff allowed me to change into the shirt in the changing room. Overall a positive experience and was able to quickly do everything I needed

   What an utter disgrace! Was in the mall yesterday, though the shop was closed , this really loud music playing from there, I thought this to be inappropriate. Hense , I feel the clothing is Tacky . Tacky old shop. What saddens me is that I’ve been in Edgware a long time , and the Broadwalk used to have some really decent shops such as Hamells , Tchibo, M&S etc. And whilst I think it’s I important to have shops to suit everyone’s budget, ie Poundland where you can get quality items for a good price , it’s sad the Broadwalk that I enjoy going to has changed quite dramatically. ThankGoodness for Costa and places But truthfully nothing would please me more than if Blu ink would close down Permanently.

   Worst experience! Do not buy from here if you are unsure of what you are buying. Does not tell you how many days you have to return of exchange and when you go there they tell you that you can only exchange from the store and does not want to give you’re money back and tells you to call the head office but does not say that on the weekends they are closed. They do not advise the customers about anything! Poor management in this place

   Blue Inc management seem to ignore the fact that they are selling shoddy & substandard goods in their shops & not prepared to give customers the benefit of the doubt . Unacceptable behaviour & this should be dealt with. The management & shop staff of Blue Inc don't even know of the type of receipts they issue on a sale & refuse to deal with refunds when the customer returns with the shoddy goods which they sell. Now closed down.
