   I would have given it no stars if I had a choice The woman that works in that store shouted at my 7 year old autistic nephew and told my sister and her son to leave the store. Maybe you need to train your employees how to treat customers before employing them!!!!!

   Disgraceful service. Lady who works there shouted at my autistic 7 year old son and told him to behave himself even after she was told he’s got special needs. She didn’t apologise and asked me to leave when I told her that’s not okay. Their clothes are as cheap as their manners. AVOID.

   I always go to this shop as the clothes are lovely but the lady that was there today who I believe is a new person was so rude and told me to get out of the shop because my daughter was eating pom bears which are not messy and she was in the buggy so she wasn't running around. I did try to take away the pom bears but she has a few issues and went ballistic....my mum and I were planning to buy some clothes...here are two less customers...

   Full of old dull and boring clothes even your grandmother wouldn't wear. I would find better in a Charity Shop, how they do any business at all shocks me. I was told they didn't have the same clothes as advertised online, it was a fruitless journey. I read that someone said the Barnet shop was a very bright shop, no, it's really gloomy, depressing. I went there especially to buy something I saw online from Roman, I was very disappointed, why don't they have the same clothes?

   Love this shop. When I was size 16-18 I used to shop there a lot as could buy really nice clothes and now even when I'm size 12 still enjoy this shop, clothes for every day and even for an evening dresses - recommended 100%

   brought a jacket as a gift the day before the lockdown and it did not fit so once the shop opened i went to exchange the jacket with the tags on that was only worn once to try the size. the store manager said that they could not help and refused to exchange the same jacket for a different size, she was not just extremely rude but had no remorse for the situation i was in and ultimately walked away in to the back of the shop without trying to help me! we were nothing but nice to the staff and the shop assistant tried to help but was shut down by the manager in a very unprofessional way. I paid £55 pound for the jacket and the price now was £25 it would make complete sense to swap a size out with no questions asked and sell it on but instead we were greeted with a hugely standoffish attitude! Terrible customer service

   I buy a lot from this shop, especially semi-formal clothes for my work. I like the bright colours and floral prints. They also do some nice warm tops and jeggings that suit me. The size always fits me perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's allowed to try 2 items in the store and the changing rooms are very comfortable.
