   Terrible Terrible customer service - guy with long hair! I visited this store today, tried on a coat and left it on the rack as there was no hanger! Went to the till to buy a pair of Trousers when the guy with the long hair said ‘I’m going to go clean up your mess before I serve you’ and was then very rude. Needless to say, I didn’t end up buying the trousers either. He then refused to call his manager until I insisted, who wasn’t very helpful either and refused to give me their names either. Never met someone in retail before who has given such bad bad customer service. Absolutely appalled at this guy with long hair and would never visit again.

   Edit: I went to Peacocks recently and very nice and helpful man was there, so I am adding 1 star to my review. Hopefully all staff now is much more helpful as I really like clothes over there. I really like clothes from Peacocks, good quality and fair prices, but talking about Sutton branch.... oh dear, all female staff are impolite, never helpful, ignorant, it is nightmare to go there. I do online shopping now as don't want to be offended by Peackoks Sutton staff. Avoid if you can.

   Very few places do full sleeves maxi dresses but Peacocks had just that. Couldn't find my size, so the really helpful cashier rang about 4 different branches of Peacocks to see if any of them had the size I wanted. He even checked On line. Really good customer service. You never have to wait too long to be served unlike other stores.

   Not only can you buy peacocks, but you can also rent pigeons, lease emus, and have 1 to 1 IT training with Squidward tentacles. Awesome!

   Quite a large store with a really good range of bright, simple basics. If I need something simple, I know that I will likely find it here. The layout of the store can make it a little difficult to pass between some of the racks of clothes, especially with a pushchair or similar but the changing rooms are great. Staff I have encountered have always been really friendly and helpful.
