   We had our son’s birthday at Kickair Manchester and it was a brilliant experience. The kids had a blast, but the highlight was our host, Delenn. Delenn went above and beyond to make the day special, handling everything with such care and making sure the day ran perfectly. It was completely stress-free for us thanks to Delenn's amazing attitude and helpfulness. Highly recommend Kickair for a party—ask for Delenn if you want 5-star service!

   Alicia was our party host for our son’s 11th party. She was professional, efficient and friendly. The whole thing was brilliant. We had 2 minor injuries which were dealt with very professionally with first aider being brilliant and providing excellent care and diligence. Free parking is brilliant too, would highly recommend!

   Just had my son’s birthday party here. Molly was great helping and organising my son’s friends. Drinks pizza slush and ice cream. Would have been nice to have some music on in the room whilst they ate. Overall very good.

   Visited today. We’ve been to plenty of trampoline parks, but this one really stood out — for all the wrong reasons. First off, you must buy their “exclusive” socks. Not just any grippy trampoline socks, oh no — these are clearly made of something magical that only works on their trampolines. I’m sure it’s mentioned somewhere on their website, but honestly, it just feels like a clever little way to squeeze out a few extra quid. Then, just when you think you’re done paying, you get the pleasure of forking out £3–£4 for a locker. A tiny locker. For what they charge, you’d think they’d throw in a locker big enough to fit something larger than a sandwich. I rarely write reviews, but this one earned it. Overpriced, over-restricted, and underwhelming. And judging by the other reviews, I’m fully expecting a sarcastic reply from whoever manages this place — seems to be their favourite pastime. Some of their responses read like they’ve been written by a bored teenager who just can’t handle criticism. Save your time & money.

   We attended a session as part of a group of Cub Scouts last night. There were 27 of us and everyone had a great time! From the start, staff were very friendly and attentive whilst managing out group check in. The session itself was very well supervised and great fun. One of our Cubs injured their knee during the session and they were looked after very well by the member of staff. I can not recommend this place enough!

   First time visiting after winning x2 tickets. Friendly, fun staff, great size playarea with different activities to do in there. Seating area upstairs to overlook the trampolines. Small cafe area for food and drinks. Great for parties. Car park on site.

   Absolutely massive place with loads of equipment. I took my 3yr old so she was too small for some bits (like the giant inflatables but there is a mini toddler one) but there was more than enough to entertain her. We were there for 3 hours in the end. She didn't want to leave! It wasn't too busy and everyone had plenty of space and the staff were lovely and made sure everyone was happy and safe. They responded to behaviour much quicker than any other trampoline park we've been to. Pricing very comparable to other places. Very clean. Had a great time and will definitely be back.

   Went in February 2022 got there in good time, was very busy not sufficient staff at reception, female at reception would only give the tickets once you registered otherwise refused to give to tickets and insisted that she had to put tickets on everyone's wrist although I had paid for the tickets. The place was reasonably clean, the delay obviously reduced the spent. Other staff members were friendly enough, it did have wide ranges inflatables and trampoline
