   Excellent client service!! I never have luck ordering clothes online so after seeing a few Libby London ads on social media, I made a trip to their South Kensington store to figure out my size in person and look at their garments close up. Sarah was wonderful and gave me great advice. She was so patient as I tried on a dozen options for a particular event. I am so appreciative of her help and love the dress I chose.

   I ordered items. Returned them promptly as unsuitable. I received acknowledgment of the returns. Stating the refund would be in my bank account within 14 days. I chased it on the 14th day. No response. Now on day 16. For relatively expensive items I think this is unethical. I would appreciate a response and an immediate refund. Update: received my refund 2 days after posting this. Therefore increased review to 3, as the clothes were lovely, just not suitable for me.

   I love my Libby London purchases. Not only do they look fabulous, but they are the most durable pieces I own. The colors are beautiful, and the fit is beyond flattering. Came very quick as well.

   The best customer experience I’ve ever had. You can’t ask for more. Fast delivery and dress as described. Amazing fabric which doesn’t crease. Flora kindly sent me some yellow fabric used on the cuffs of the dress to add to my hat. I recommend Libby London.

   I’ve bought several items from this brand and there’s been a problem with every one after wearing it a couple of times. The clothes look fabulous, but the quality is just appalling. The material for most items is cheap (polyester!), but worse still is the finish. The stitching is so poor, I had the sleeve come loose from a really pretty dress that I bought from here, after only wearing it two times. Having spent close to £200 on this item, I was pretty furious to have to stitch it back on myself! Similar thing happened with another lovely dress after wearing it for the first time; stitching on the cuffs and lower hem came off and I’ve had to sew them back on myself. At this price point, it’s just ridiculous, even Primark clothes don’t fall apart so quickly. As noted by other customers, they take forever to issue refunds, so I guess they have cash flow problems. It’s such a shame, as the designs are really lovely (which is why I kept coming back and hoping for better). However, the clothes are so poorly made that I’ve reached a point where I won’t risk buying from them again.

   Clothes are poor quality and fit despite price. And for refunds I am still waiting over a month. Unethical company. Don’t order. Awful and shambolic company.
